KJ Denhert performs with her band this Wednesday at the NewSong Series in Bryant Park

Wednesday, May 14. New York City. Following a great launch of the series with a concert and workshop last Wednesday by NewSong Recordings artist Chris Velan, KJ Denhert will appear with her band this Wednesday at 5:00 PM. A workshop led by KJ will immediately follow the performance, where topics she'll cover include:

  • Creating Independent Melodies in Contemporary songwriting
  • Using your ears and not your hands to write music on guitar
  • Putting your songs together with a band
    (often they need to be more skilled than you)
